Metazet FormFlex appoints Luke van Adrichem as CEO in a restructuring of roles within the board

Metazet FormFlex announces a restructuring of roles within its board, with Luke van Adrichem taking on more responsibility. Luke has been a member of the board as technical director since June 2022, and proven himself to be an enterprising innovator at the company. After a frank evaluation of everyone's strengths and interests, it was decided that Luke, as the son of founder Leo van Adrichem, was the appropriate choice for determining the course of the company. Peter Koot is therefore taking a step back, and focussing on his role as
financial director. Dolf van der Hoeven continues to focus on his strength: logistics solutions. His new role as Director of M-Products reflects his expertise and passion for technology.

“Luke demonstrated his commitment and skills in his previous role as Technical Director and, as the son of the founder, the company’s vision is in his genes,” says Peter. “We’re proud that Luke has accepted this new position on the board, and we’re confident that the company will have a bright future in his capable hands.”
